North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 Job description Assistant Store Manager The Assistant Store Manager ensures the store team delivers top quality customer service and creates an amazing customer experience. Manages team associates in maintaining and driving sales, customer satisfaction, customer work orders, loss prevention, safety, visual merchandising and store replenishment. Manages Inventory control and conducts Inventory checks. Develop and implement all targeted content for various Social Media platforms. The Assistant Store Manager must be a role model for our company and a leader for the store.
Deliverables:
Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution. Ensures inventory levels are met. Creates product orders for store replenishments and prebooks. Creating content, sharing events, and other marketing material shared on all social platforms. Taking ownership of store operations and marketing strategies. Assign Tasks and hold accountability to store associates. Trains Current staff and conducts onboarding for new staff members. Having the ability to multi-task prioritize and meet deadlines. Ensures inventory receiving processes are updated and data is entered correctly. Creates and plans Inventory checks Ensures store organization. Effectively partners and builds productive working relationships with supervisor, peers, leads, and store associates.
