Job Description:
We are a rapidly growing privately owned Home Care Services business based throughout Central and South Florida, committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in need. Reporting into the firm’s CEO, we are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Director of Sales. This role is integral to the success of our company and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to drive growth and contribute directly to their 5-year strategy.
The client base is primarily hospitals, healthcare facilities and nursing homes, with a view to supporting patients post-medical care, in their home space. Reports directly into the CEO of the business. Leading a team of 5 sales professionals with a goal of 20 sales professionals by the end of 2025. Please note that this role is 100% REMOTE, but with regular travel to stakeholders throughout
Florida Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of eight sales professionals, ensuring individual and team sales goals are consistently achieved. Provide coaching, training, and support to drive performance and professional development.
Sales Generation:
Take a hands-on approach by actively generating your own sales, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, prospects, and clients. This includes attending networking events, meeting potential clients, and closing business opportunities.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities, refining sales processes, and improving market penetration.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Provide regular updates and insights on performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Market Analysis:
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and local regulations, adapting strategies to ensure market leadership and continued growth.
Qualifications:
In return for a competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following: Proven track record in sales and team leadership within home care space (essential) Strong network in hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities across Central Florida to South Florida Experience managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and drive personal sales, whilst overseeing a team Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to be based in Central Florida with visits to various sites across the Central Florida area to South Florida.
What we offer:
