Sr. Market Manager Total Ankle – East Southeast Position Available In Broward, Florida

What You Can Expect The Sr Market Manager-Total Ankle’s primary role is to provide education and technical support for surgeons and sales reps performing their initial training and surgeries for Paragon 28’s Total Ankle System, as well as other products as required. This is an individual contributor role but may be asked to mentor other Total Ankle Market Managers. How You’ll Create Impact Works in collaboration with the Sales Force, Regional Sales Managers and Director of Medical Education – Total Ankle to develop and implement training content to ensure that appropriate training, pre-surgery preparation, and case coverage (as needed) are executed Assist in the development and execution of medical education courses in support of the overall corporate strategy Responsible for managing and achieving relevant budgets for the total ankle system for their specified territory, as communicated by the VP of Total Ankle. Actively coordinate/ update the surgical case calendars to ensure that cases in the region are properly supported. Train and support sales personnel on all aspects of the Total Ankle System and market. Work with Sales Management and local sales personnel to target and convert highly trained and qualified targets. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Paragon 28 portfolio, and how it can be used to overcome operative challenges for the surgeon. Organize and administer training events/dinners. Attend events/dinners as required to build surgeon proficiency required for initial surgeries. Provide technical support for total ankle procedures. Perform in-services to ensure that sales reps and O.R. personnel are educated and well-equipped prior to the procedure. Develop and implement portfolio strategy. Other duties as assigned Your Background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience within the foot & ankle market, preferably with total ankle replacement experience in sales or marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent planning, organization and analytical skills Demonstrated clinical and technical aptitude

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office, operating room and cadaveric lab environments. Travel Expectations 75% overnight travel required

Compensation Data Salary Range:

$160,000 to $195,000 USD Annually. Eligible for discretionary bonus based on established metrics. EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
