We are seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a dynamic team to success. You’ll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence—including safety, staffing, profitability, customer satisfaction, and facility image—while supporting business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires working alongside your team to deliver events, promotions, and memorable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the bowling center Develop and implement strategic goals for growth and performance Optimize budgets, monitor expenses, and increase profitability Recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate staff Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Create staff schedules and delegate responsibilities Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively Support and help coordinate events, parties, and weekly promotions Prepare operational reports and present to upper management Ensure compliance with company standards and policies Assist in inventory procurement and stock management Step in for senior management as needed Qualifications 2+ years of General Manager or equivalent experience Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in recruiting, training, and performance evaluation Solid understanding of budget management and POS systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs Proficient in Microsoft Office Benefits 401(k)
