Assistant Manager Primary Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency in dry cleaning processes, including spotting and stain removal techniques Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and provide hands-on support where needed to maintain productivity Apply knowledge of garment pressing and assembly to ensure high-quality output Monitor and manage supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels Train, guide, and oversee team members to maintain operational efficiency and service standards Assist customers at the front counter by answering inquiries and providing excellent service Process customer orders accurately using our system, ensuring all items are properly tagged and documented Assist Manager in leading the team to increase customer satisfaction and provide staff with the tools they require to do their jobs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drop-off and pick-up area, including sorting and organizing garments Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and smooth operation of the facility Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality at all times Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the facility

Dry Cleaning Experience Physical Requirements:
