Assist the Site Manager in daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and efficiency Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold Bubble Down’s high standards Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff Drive membership sales and promote customer loyalty Monitor and troubleshoot site equipment, coordinating maintenance as needed Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset Stay engaged on-site—this is an active, hands-on leadership role

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:

At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role, managing daily operations, team performance, or business functions Strong leadership & communication skills Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Passion for customer service and sales Adaptability to outdoor work environments and varying weather conditions Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs+ as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior management experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry Experience with POS systems and troubleshooting Ready to Make a Splash?
