Role Purpose The General Manager leads the Tampa branch like an owner — driving revenue, margin, and backlog while building a high-performing team and culture. Drive hiring, onboarding, and leadership development across departments

Remove Roadblocks:
Solve daily issues and reduce friction so teams can execute efficiently
Champion Safety & Quality:
Foster a safety-first culture and lead by example on jobsite excellence
