$85,000-$125,000 Base + Up to 20% Bonus (Performance-Based) About Us Based in Gibsonton, FL, we’re a nimble 5-person team committed to building something great—and we’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to help lead that charge. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a small but growing business, shape its culture, and play a critical role in every aspect of its operations. What You’ll Do As General Manager, you’ll serve as the operational heartbeat of the business. You’ll manage (lightly) a small team, while actively building out new roles, processes, and strategies as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations across all business functions: sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service Build and grow the internal team: oversee hiring for roles like accounting, sales, warehouse, and more Own office culture: develop a strong, positive working environment as we expand Drive strategic planning and execution in coordination with ownership Implement KPIs and reporting to drive accountability and growth Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory optimization Assist in business development efforts and market expansion Ensure efficient operations without compromising quality or customer service Required Qualifications Strong leadership experience in service-based industries Proven P&L ownership and management Demonstrated ability to grow teams and launch into new markets Operationally minded with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach Must have managed all functions in a small business or business unit Willingness to work 50-60 hours/week, Monday-Friday Based in or willing to relocate to the Tampa/Gibsonton area Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Background in both commercial and residential services Experience leading teams through organizational growth and change Network of local partnerships or prior B2B development experience in the region Military background, especially Special Operations experience Familiarity with the Tampa Bay market Why Join Us?
