This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
