Assistant Manager RZone Fitness Coral Gables 112 Valencia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134 Assistant Manager – RZone Fitness Coral Gables RZone Fitness, a premier women’s fitness concept with locations in Coral Gables, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our Coral Gables location. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in driving sales, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Sell monthly membership packages and earn commissions on sales. Consistently follow up on daily leads, trials, and client inquiries. Build and maintain an effective referral program. Maintain accurate client and sales records. Conduct outbound and inbound calls to drive studio traffic. Greet clients and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere. Adhere to the daily studio cleaning checklist and complete shift activities with precision. Maintain a clean and organized front desk/lobby area. Respond immediately and professionally to member requests, inquiries, and concerns. Collaborate with friendly ownership and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills are a must. Prior experience working in a sales-driven, quota-based environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Functional computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is strongly preferred. Must live within a 5-8 mile radius of the Coral Gables studio. Only applicants with prior sales experience will be considered.
