Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards. Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment. Monitor inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and availability of products. Provide training and guidance to new employees on company policies and procedures. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries professionally. Requirements Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in an assistant manager role. Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Proficiency in budgeting practices and financial tracking. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets. Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.
