Job Description
HNW family is seeking a professional and experienced live-out Chief of Staff to manage several luxury properties, aircraft, yachts and vehicle. Must excel at hiring, training and supervising staff as well as setting up SOPs. Ideal candidate knows how to provide a high level of service and is flexible to be on-call 24/7 and travel with little notice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: oversee renovation projects, write household manual, create and manage budgets, act as a liaison between the family and others, oversee yacht and aircraft operations, event planning, ensure all home systems are working, and manage inventory. Must have at least 7 years of experience managing luxury estates, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work well under pressure. Competitive salary DOE, health insurance and paid time off.
