Overview:

A confidential UHNW couple seeks a highly capable, service-driven Chief of Staff to oversee operations of their fully staffed, high-rise residence in Miami Beach. This hybrid role blends hands-on estate management with executive-level household oversight, vendor coordination, smart home tech fluency, and elevated personal support. Occasional travel to other properties may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily walkthroughs; manage all household systems, tech (Control4, AMX, Lutron, etc.), and maintenance Lead and supervise vendors, contractors, and on-site staff with discretion and accountability Oversee scheduling, property checklists, inventories, and service protocols Manage calendars, guest readiness, event logistics, and seasonal home preparation Coordinate renovations or design projects and ensure preventative maintenance plans are in place Provide consistent principal updates and ensure exceptional service delivery

Qualifications:

5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Estate Manager, or high-level private household role Expertise in luxury home systems, vendor management, and project oversight Spanish-speaking strongly preferred Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in smart home platforms and cloud-based task tracking Impeccable discretion, polished communication, and ability to lead while executing Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong moral integrity Valid driver’s license, U.S. passport, and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
