Description:
We are seeking driven individuals with or without prior experience in the insurance industry—who have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to learn all aspects of our business, including auto, motorcycle, boat, commercial, and home insurance. As a Franchise Operator / Manager Trainee, you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, deliver customer service, and support clients’ insurance needs while preparing to lead your own franchise location.
Responsibilities:
Train under corporate leadership to master franchise operations. Oversee daily business activities, including sales, staffing, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth. Maintain compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines. Potentially invest in and own a franchise location after successful training.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to complete a comprehensive training program. Sales-driven attitude with excellent communication skills. (Preferred) Financial capability to invest in a franchise opportunity.
