Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Management :

Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including staff management, team development, and operational efficiency.

Customer Experience :

Ensure that every team member upholds the company’s 5-star customer service reputation.

Team Development :

Hire, train, and mentor the plumbing and office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Financial Oversight :

Manage budgets, forecast business needs, and ensure financial goals are met.

Strategic Planning :

Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute growth strategies and optimize service delivery.

Compliance & Safety :

Ensure all company activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.

Performance Monitoring :

Analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications :

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in a management role, with a proven track record in operational leadership. Plumbing industry experience is a plus.

Leadership Skills :

Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.

Financial Acumen :

Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.

Communication :

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Sales & Growth Focused :

Able to drive business growth, optimize service offerings, and identify new opportunities.

Valid Driver’s License :

A clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed for company-related matters.
