• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and cash handling
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
• Train and supervise store staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
• Manage and build a team of front desk staff and personal trainers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
• Proficient in inventory control techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of Fitness sales is a plus

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees at all levels
