Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Coral Gables office, ensuring seamless project delivery and team performance Cultivate client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project outcomes Drive strategic growth, including business development and expanding into new markets Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional excellence Oversee recruitment and staff development, building a strong and future-ready team Contribute to the design and execution of K-12, higher education, civic, and healthcare projects
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Architect with 15+ years of experience in architecture At least 10 years of experience managing projects and multidisciplinary teams Proven expertise in K-12 and institutional markets (higher education, civic, healthcare) Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Strong leadership, client engagement, and business development skills This is an incredible opportunity for a strategic, client-focused leader to make a lasting impact while working in a vibrant, bilingual community.
