We are lookingfor a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Operating Partner tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professionalwith a strong understanding of startup ecosystems, a proven trackrecord in fundraising and financial management, and a passion fordriving social impact and equity in education and workforcedevelopment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role inthe strategic direction and growth of our organization, leveragingtheir experience in scaling early-stage ventures to drive success.

Responsibilities:

As a Operating Partner, your key responsibilitieswill include: 1. Playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategicdirection of our organization. 2. Leveraging your understanding ofstartup ecosystems to identify and capitalize on new growthopportunities. 3. Leading fundraising efforts and managingfinancial operations to ensure the financial health andsustainability of our organization. 4. Driving social impact andpromoting equity in education and workforce development through ourservices and initiatives. 5. Scaling our early-stage ventures andoverseeing their growth and development. 6. Building andmaintaining relationships with key stakeholders, includinginvestors, clients, and partners. 7. Providing leadership andmentorship to our team, fostering a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Theideal candidate for the Operating Partner position will have thefollowing qualifications: A strong understanding of startupecosystems, with a proven track record of identifying andcapitalizing on new growth opportunities. Experience in fundraisingand financial management, with a demonstrated ability to securefunding and manage financial operations effectively. A passion fordriving social impact and promoting equity in education andworkforce development. A track record of successfully scalingearly-stage ventures, with a demonstrated ability to drive growthand development. Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, witha proven ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration,and continuous improvement. Excellent communication andrelationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engageeffectively with a range of stakeholders.
