The Role:

Within our Private Wealth business, we are seeking a dynamic and highly commercial individual, based in our Miami, Florida office, to drive the growth of our private offerings with many of the largest wealth management firms in the US catering to Latin American investors. Responsibilities Partner with Market Teams within US Private Wealth to drive business development with US Offshore advisors, focusing on originating and growing strategic relationships within the largest wealth markets.
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to raise capital across Blue Owl’s private market offerings.
Represent Blue Owl as a key ambassador by delivering compelling product narratives and investment insights to financial advisors, market heads, and private markets teams, while actively engaging at industry conferences, client events, and partner meetings.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across investments, product strategy, marketing, and compliance to ensure seamless execution and client engagement.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments relevant to the US Offshore wealth landscape.
Demonstrate strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Results driven with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Willingness to work within a Market Team structure, across multiple US geographies.
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and ethics.
Energetic communicator with the ability to create excitement and a sense of urgency to act. Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, with a strong preference for private markets and/or wealth management distribution.
Proven track record of raising capital or driving sales growth in a client-facing role.
Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CAIA, or MBA a plus.
Deep familiarity with investment products, portfolio construction, and the regulatory environment.
Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams in a fast-paced environment.
