Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience. Requirements Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably within grocery or wireless sales sectors. Strong skills in inventory management and organizational practices. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work culture. Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions and reporting purposes. Excellent budgeting skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency. Strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements with suppliers. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
