Role:

As BDC Manager, you will oversee daily department operations, implement sales strategies, and lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the BDC department. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Train, lead, and motivate BDC team members. Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer behaviors. Execute outbound sales activities to generate leads. Distribute leads to the appropriate sales personnel. Ensure team completes all required training (online and in-person). Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service. Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and a positive attitude. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills. Utilize strong computer skills in day-to-day operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Ability to sit, stand, squat, or kneel for extended periods. Regular use of phone and computer systems. Safely drive and operate dealership vehicles. Additional responsibilities as required.

$80,315.00 – $89,784.00 per year
