We are seeking to fill a key position atFlorida Lab in Orlando, FL for a full-time General Manager.

Theregular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,Monday through Friday, and subject to change.

As a Laboratory General Manager, you may be trainedon, and/or assigned continuing education and development tasks, orcontinuous improvement projects for personal development as well asCompany advancement.

Primary Responsibilities and EssentialFunctions of the

Position:
Leadership & Communication:

Maintain open communication with the assigned OperationsLeaders and Regional General Manager regarding all laboratoryaspects and industry events that could impact operations. Provide guidance and mentorship to lab team members, ensuringcompliance with corporate culture, federal, and stateregulations. Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives focusedon customer experience, quality, delivery, efficiency, and costcontrol.

Operational Management:

Oversee lab administration, production, and logistics,including FDA and OSHA compliance, customer service, planning,budgeting, and workflow. Ensure the lab delivers quality products to each customer ontime, meeting Company and customer expectations to retain theirbusiness and ensure satisfaction. Manage the logistics process, ensuring smooth product flow fromcustomer to lab and back to the customer. Participate in Sales and Marketing initiatives as well as othercross-functional teams with customer focus to retain and growcustomer base. Review and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, andprofitability, creating action plans to improve labperformance. Execute corporate OKRs (objectives and key results), KPIs (keyperformance indicators) and metrics effectively. Understand, embrace, and execute on corporate set KPI goalsand/or metrics.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure a safe working environment adhering to all FDA and OSHAregulations and reporting requirements as well as Companypolicies. Adhere to corporate protocols for month-end, quarter-end, andannual financial closing processes, ensuring timely submission ofrequired reports and documentation. Ensure respectful and professional conduct among team membersin line with company values.

Skills and Abilities Required:

General understanding of NDX products and the manufacturingprocess. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Professional demeanor with attention to detail and a commitmentto accuracy. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with theability to process information quickly. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectivelybuild relationships and guide teams. Ability to design processes and systems to improve laboperations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel andWord. Dependable, reliable, and open to feedback that promotes bothlab and personal growth. Ability to travel.

Minimum Education and Experience that May be

Required:

Minimum five (5) years of experience managing or supervisingproduction/manufacturing team members. Required High School or GED equivalent. B.S., B.A. or MBA preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understandEnglish. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

HazardousMaterials or Equipment Used:

Office Equipment Small machinery; Sharp hand-held tools such as a bard parker,buffalo knife, etc.

ChemicalsPhysical Requirements:

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach. Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitivemotions. Read and interpret prescriptions and other requireddocumentation. Ability to effectively communicate technicalinformation.

QualificationsEducationRequiredHigh School orEquivalent or better.
