The Unlimited Auto Wash is a premier 100% Hand Wash facility dedicated to providing exceptional car care experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager to lead our team in delivering top-quality service to our valued customers.
Position Summary:
The Manager is responsible for the overall success of our car wash operation. This role encompasses all aspects of facility management, including team leadership, customer service, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of car wash professionals. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Ensure employee adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Operations Management:
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including car washing, detailing, and customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure consistently high-quality car washes. Schedule and manage staff effectively to optimize productivity and minimize costs. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and identify any necessary repairs.
Financial Performance:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience in the car wash industry is preferred Proven management experience with a track record of success Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work weekends and holidays Mechanical aptitude is a plus Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a strong plus Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
