The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing many departments and their respective department heads/managers. We want a GM that knows how to manage effectively, not take on all of the tasks and do them themselves. We are looking for someone that can ” figure it out .” Problem arises? Dive into it and figure it out . We’re looking for someone that loves to learn and adapt. We are a company that gets our products designed in-house. Everything we sell, we developed through collaborative brain storm meetings in the office. From those ideas, we give them to our product developer to bring to life. We are big on doing things ourselves. We need someone that has financial acumen and can read a P&L effectively. Our office environment is laid back, so we put a high importance on a workplace fit. SALES/MARKETING, OPERATIONS, AND FINANCIALS

– Core 3 Categories Direct the day-to-day operations of the organization Improve operating procedures to increase profits and make the organization more efficient Oversee the shipping and logistics of our manufacturing process Forecast inventory needs Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable for accomplishing agreed-upon commitments Integrate all major operating functions of the business. Ensure everyone in your company is rowing together in the same direction. Look through our P&Ls and be able to find answers Effectively collaborate with your team to stay on the same page Oversee customer service to ensure customer satisfaction is high Look at the daily reports and metrics to see what alterations we need to make with ad spend, campaign direction, seasonality, etc Ensure our manufacturing process and ordering is being done efficiently, timely, and accurately. Run the Amazon account effectively as far as inventory management, pricing, sales, and advertising goes experience/ requirements Management Marketing Operations ecommerce Social media Customer service Financial Reporting Literacy Paid ads High level in understanding how a business runs Amazon Shopify Organized Reliable We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager to replace our current General Manager (me). I have high expectations and only will consider those that will make me look bad at my job.
