JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Maintenance Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
: Completion of the On site building rennovations, to the satisfaction of the Owners. Follow up on work orders and projects for completion. Responsible for responding to requests throughout the facility from guests, managers or Chief Engineer, and make the necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner 4. Responsible for maintaining all equipment and fixtures. Responsible for keeping equipment clean and maintained as needed. Chemical treatment is required to maintain these systems. 5. Responsible for maintaining of all life safety equipment, sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers throughout the resort and spa to ensure proper working condition and fire protection is in compliance with OSHA and local codes. 6.Responsible for maintaining maintenance standards according to Safety Harbor Resort and Spa. 7.Responsible for maintaining the mechanical rooms in a safe environment and be sure everything is in safe working order. 8. Responsible for reporting any safety needs to appropriate managers.
