Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Drive wireless sales by promoting products and services effectively to customers. Maintain inventory levels, assist with budgeting, and ensure accurate pricing of merchandise. Train and mentor new employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies. Monitor retail sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with company standards regarding store appearance, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Handle cash management duties, including processing transactions accurately. Requirements Proven experience in customer service and retail sales; prior experience in wireless sales is a plus. Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and pricing accuracy. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
