Our Assistant Managers are responsible for daily operations including, but not limited to: human resources, safety management, security management, marketing and advertising, accounting, cash control, building maintenance, projection and sound operation. We also house a restaurant and a bar inside the theatre!
Position Overview:
Managing the theatre in all areas of operations in compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to human resources, safety management, security management, marketing and advertising, accounting, cash control, building maintenance, projection and sound operation.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Regular consistent attendance Experience – Present position in theatre environment Proven leadership skills Self motivator with plenty of initiative Must have own transportation Be currently licensed to operate a motor vehicle, ensure the vehicle is licensed and in safe and usable condition and the operator of the vehicle is insured for certain limits of liability (must provide physical proof). Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
