In this key role, you’ll partner with the Store Managers in the daily operations of our store, ensuring a fantastic experience for every customer. You’ll help maintain our impressive inventory, keep the store looking its best, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. What you’ll do: Provide outstanding service, greeting customers and resolving inquiries with a smile. Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and daily paperwork. Support the Manager in leading, training, and developing our team. Help unload deliveries and maintain a well-organized stockroom and sales floor. Contribute to loss prevention efforts and ensure adherence to company policies. Step in to assume management responsibilities when the Manager is away.

Who you are:

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Motivated to learn and expand your knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits. A team player with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs regularly. Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
