For more information, visit www.amdocs.com In one sentence We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and mature Executive Personal Assistant to support the General Manager of a newly established, high-impact organization focused on Generative AI and Data. This role is critical to the success of a global leadership team and requires exceptional agility, discretion, and executive presence. What will your job look like? Serve as the right hand to the GM, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Provide high-level administrative and logistical support, including complex calendar management, global meeting coordination across time zones, and executive communications. Act as a liaison between the GM and senior leaders across the U.S. and Israel, ensuring alignment and follow-through on key initiatives. Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with maturity, flexibility, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach. Coordinate high-stakes meetings, offsite events, and leadership summits with precision and professionalism. Communicate effectively via WhatsApp and other tools to provide real-time support in a fast-paced environment. Support onboarding and integration of both senior leaders and new talent into the organization. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Create polished presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to support executive decision-making. All you need is… Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment. Proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal direction. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with diverse personalities and leadership styles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp).
