Non-supervisory position Friends House, apremier senior residential community, is expanding and currentlyseeking a Sales representative to join the growing, dynamic Salesand Marketing team. Successful candidates will be responsible forcontributing to, and achieving, the team sales goals by selling toassigned leads through presentations to future residents, familymembers, financial advisors and other influencers.

Interpersonalrelationship skills, along with the ability to effectively track,cultivate, and close leads is paramount. Experience with salessoftware systems a plus. Strong written and verbal communicationskills required.

Duties include handling telephone inquiries,managing a database of leads, sharing information about thecommunity, touring and advising potential residents, and showingthe community’s positive advantages and attributes. Must enjoyworking with others to create and maintain an inviting andwelcoming community to guests and residents.
