We are currently sourcing a General Manager for our client, an experienced automotive repair business expanding into Lawrenceville, GA. Key Responsibilities:
Launch & Grow the Shop
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent service, and efficient shop performance. Lead a Winning Team
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technicians and service staff, fostering a positive, results-driven culture. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
- Build relationships with customers and ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction. Drive Revenue & Profitability
- Implement sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and maximize shop performance to hit growth and profitability targets. Manage Finances
- Handle budgets, expenses, and pricing strategies, keeping a close eye on financial health and profitability. Market & Brand the Business
- Develop local marketing efforts to establish the shop’s reputation and bring in repeat business. Maintain Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, inventory management, and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in an automotive repair or service management role (3-5+ years preferred). A self-starter with a business mindset, eager to scale a brand-new operation. A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Strong financial acumen
- experience managing budgets, sales, and profitability. Sales-driven mentality
- ability to close deals, upsell, and increase revenue. Technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance (preferred but not required). A hustler’s attitude
