The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume 3PL fulfillment and distribution center. This role leads all aspects of facility performance, including labor management, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. As General Manager , you will serve as the primary leader on-site and be accountable for driving operational excellence while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture. Oversee labor planning, productivity, and performance across all departments. Ensure all client SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. Drive operational improvements using lean practices, KPIs, and system tools. Collaborate with internal departments including Client Services, IT, HR, and Finance. Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards; lead monthly safety meetings and compliance checks. Manage facility budget, staffing levels, and resource allocation to achieve financial goals. Serve as escalation point for client issues and partner closely with Client Services on resolution. Coach and develop direct reports; build bench strength for supervisory and lead-level roles. Support and ensure WMS utilization, report accuracy, and process adherence. Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and special projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL environment. Strong understanding of labor management, process flow, and warehouse systems (WMS, RF, etc.). Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage change. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with a client-facing role with a focus on service delivery and retention. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred. Bilingual – Spanish and English is a plus.
