General Manager Position Available In Hall, Georgia

Position Overview The General Manager – Shared Services plays a critical role in aligning customer expectations with operational performance across a network of warehouses. This leader will be responsible for collaborating with internal departments (Operations, Inventory, and Quality) as well as directly managing centralized shared services teams. The position also requires close interaction with external customers, ensuring timely resolution of inventory and quality issues while maintaining transparent, high-quality communication. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Interface with customers to align operational performance with expectations. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Lead the design, development, unit testing, and documentation of new Blue Yonder requirements. Support and troubleshoot Korber (HighJump) system integrations. Analyze Korber issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Provide go-live support for new technologies and system implementations. Act as subject matter expert for Korber (HighJump) across internal teams, including Operations and Engineering. Deliver ongoing on-call support as needed. Supervise and develop centralized shared services teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of logistics or supply chain experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience leading direct reports, with proven coaching and people development skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with communication management tools or process automation (preferred). Ability to travel as required.
