With 50-60 newer vehicles and a no-credit-check process, we make car buying simple and stress-free. We’re looking for a rock-solid General Manager to lead our team and keep our lot humming.

Job Description :

As our General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our dealership, overseeing daily operations and leading a tight-knit team, including sales, admin, mechanic, and detail staff. You’ll keep everything on track—from employee schedules to customer satisfaction—while championing our mission of second chances.

Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate a team of 5-7 staff, including sales associates, admin, mechanics, and detailers. Oversee lot operations, including inventory checks, vehicle prep (coordinating with mechanic and detail teams), and payment tracking. Ensure punctuality and accountability, maintaining a professional, drama-free workplace. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and clarity. Monitor sales goals and collaborate with the owner on inventory and repossession strategies. Ensure mechanic and detail staff maintain vehicle quality for customer delivery.

Qualifications :

2+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or small business (dealership or auto shop experience a plus). Proven reliability and punctuality—being on time is non-negotiable. Strong organizational skills and comfort with basic software (Google Suite, CRM a plus). Excellent leadership to manage diverse roles, from sales to technical staff.
