Oversee cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation. Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Skills Strong background in store management or retail management is essential. Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on training development. Experience in sales management to drive performance metrics effectively.
