Hours of work will be 12-5 Monday – Friday.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage Pros, scheduled services, and dispatch for business providing in-home services Organize orientation and training of new staff members; oversee the training and productivity of all cleaning teams and any employee relations that arise. Conduct estimates for prospective clients; establish solid customer relationships and maximize close rates. Manage customer work orders and scheduling Organize office operations, procedures and events. Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Monitor and maintain product inventory to include all materials, chemicals, and equipment. Proactively engage existing customer base through all channels of communication. Represent the business in local/community-based marketing and hiring capacities. Provide field assistance to PROs as needed and quality control checks Prepare equipment and supplies for PROs daily jobs Oversee marketing and social media

REQUIREMENTS 2

years of office management, administrative, or assistant experience required. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work with frequent interruptions. A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
