About the role
- Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you.
The high-qualityplasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You willreport to the Center Manager and oversee the general management ofemployees assigned to the production areas. You will support theCenter Manager and management team in the achievement of centerproduction and cost goals while maintaining compliance withregulatory and quality requirements.
- How you will contribute
- You will participate in the selection of new team members andmanagement within the center and train staff
- You will foster teamwork and provide feedback on performanceincluding initiating disciplinary action
- You will ensure compliance with all federal, state, local andcompany-specific rules, regulations, and practices related toquality, to the safety of products, donors, and employees and tothe proper performance of daily activities
- You will participate in the correction and prevention of auditfindings and prepare routine reports to keep management informed ofoperational needs
- You will work in different production roles on the donor floorand provide customer service
- What you bring to
Takeda:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate orbachelor’s degree is desired
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulatedindustry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- The ability to work weekends, extended work periods andoccasionally travel
- A valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED(Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
- Requires the ability to be mobile for an entire work shift
- Requires occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching,leaning, reaching above shoulders and below knees, and lifting to50 lbs.
- Have fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the abilityto monitor equipment from a distance
- There will be potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Base Salary Range:
$58,400.00
- $80,300.

Theactual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,including the qualifications of the individual applicant for theposition, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,level of education attained, certifications or other professionallicenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/orfrom which they will be performing the job
