Job SummaryTo establish, coordinate, andadminister all phases of operation within the InMotion wellnessstudio. The General Manager will be responsible for thecoordination and administration of financial planning, budgetdevelopment, profit and loss statements, and hiring of allpersonnel. The day-to-day operations of all sales, scheduling,training, studio maintenance, and member satisfaction are the mainfocal points of responsibility.
Responsibilities Ensure the ownership is operating according to the overallphilosophy. Responsible for the financial success of the studio. Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by leadership. Responsible for meeting daily appointment goals as directed byleadership. Have an intimate knowledge of studio goals andprojections. Oversee the direction and success of the staff. Develop staffing plans.
Qualifications Experience and/or education in kinesiology/exercise science ispreferred. Previous management experience is preferred. Manage time effectively. Able to communicate clearly.
