Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
The Assistant General Manager will help manage a multi-temperature, tech-driven, customer-focused warehouse and must be willing to relocate for career advancement within Martin BrowerAs a Assistant General Manager, you will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment for all employees in a 24/7 warehouseYou will provide leadership to the Transportation and Warehouse Managers, fostering high employee morale and engagementYou will achieve annual performance goals by executing company processes effectively and participating in budget and P&L developmentYou will solve problems promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic facility initiatives and committeesYou will present at customer and employee meetings, and champion change to drive facility improvementsOther duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
