General Manager:

Provide strategic leadership across all departments: sales, service, finance, and fixed ops Coach and develop department managers to exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals Oversee inventory, vendor relations, and manufacturer compliance Ensure profitability and long-term growth through efficient operations and strong personnel management Maintain a customer-first culture that reflects the high expectations of our dealership

Qualifications:

Previous General Manager experience at a franchised dealership is required Luxury or highline brand experience is a plus Proven ability to lead large teams and manage all aspects of dealership operations Deep knowledge of financial statements, OEM compliance, and CRM systems Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills Valid driver’s license and insurance
