The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring efficient hotel performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, as well as the ability to effectively manage inventory and budgets. Duties Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in budgeting processes and monitor financial performance to achieve sales targets. Manage sales activities, including promotions and customer engagement strategies. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are displayed effectively. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment. Monitor system operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining financial integrity. Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing guests inquiries or concerns. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role . Strong skills in budgeting, sales , and inventory management. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in handling financial transactions. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet operational demands.
