DescriptionPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic andresults-driven General Manager to lead one of our regional offices.

This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, leadhigh-performing service and office teams, and be accountable fordriving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operationalexcellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and communicator who thrivesin a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developingpeople, optimizing performance, and building a culture ofexcellence.

RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & TeamDevelopment Lead, coach, and develop both service technicians and officestaff to perform at their best. Promote a high-performance culture built on accountability,ownership, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching tosupport professional growth. Take an active role in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, andtraining new team members.

Operational Management Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality servicedelivery and customer satisfaction. Schedule resources efficiently to meet service demands whilemaximizing productivity. Ensure full compliance with company policies, operationalprocedures, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branchenvironment.

Customer Focus & Service Excellence Build strong relationships with customers and respond promptlyto service concerns. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and promotelong-term loyalty. Monitor and maintain high service quality standards across alltouchpoints.

Sales & Financial Performance Execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales and revenuegoals. Track key performance metrics and identify areas forimprovement. Manage budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting atthe branch level. Partner with the Regional Manager and corporate marketing onpromotional campaigns.

Compliance & Industry Standards Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, aswell as pest control industry regulations. Maintain accurate licensing and certifications for both themanager and team.

Qualifications & Skills Valid General Pest Control license (state specific), or abilityto obtain within 12 months. Proven leadership experience, service-based industries notrequired. Strong business acumen and experience managing P&Lresponsibilities. Track record of successfully growing sales and leading teams toachieve targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solvingskills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learncompany software platforms. Knowledge of pest control industry practices is a plus, but notrequired if willing to learn.
