We offer a training process that will prepare you for success in this position. As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be selling our unique array of mattresses and accessories. You will receive hands on training in sales, marketing and business development techniques. You will be trained to provide a unique buying experience for our guests as well as 5 Star Customer Service. Other responsibilities of the Management Trainee position include: Greeting and determining customers needs to provide solutions with the products in our showrooms Learning product knowledge and the services we offer Setting and achieving personal goals Processing finance applications and transactions Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and policies regarding payment, exchanges and store security Learning and using marketing and merchandising training to promote sales events, products, and driving repeat/referral business Qualifications
