Provides a wonderful experience for the patient. Advises patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. Keeps abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends. Processes patient’s payments using the dispensary’s Point of Sale (POS) system. Ensures that the store is clean and well-organized at all times. Ensures company policies and procedures are followed. Hires, trains, and supports new employees. Resolve customer issues. Provides leadership and direction to all employees. Works closely with the general manager. Ensures an excellent standard of customer service is upheld. Maintains the store to high standards, includes stocking products and regular cleaning. Completes tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently. Takes inventory of cannabis products and ensures that the sales floor is adequately stocked. Maintains compliance by following the proper policies and procedures set by the company and the state. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma or GED. Two to three years of experience working as a budtender, supervisor, AGM, or GM. Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state. Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits. Outstanding organizational skills.
