Cameron’s Acoustic Wave Therapy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the business’s growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries professionally. Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently. Meeting with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and close deals effectively. Providing excellent customer service and fostering positive patient relationships. Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized office. Supporting management with operational tasks and strategic initiatives. Handling unexpected daily responsibilities as they arise to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
