What You’ll Do:
Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention Assist with marketing efforts and community events Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred, or willingness to learn A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others Why Join Us?
