Job Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and senior leadership in coordinating projects. You will ensure smooth daily operations, assist in team management, and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction by streamlining communication and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate between different teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and support risk management activities.
- Organize meetings and facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of service.
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant management, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher).
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
