As a Manager Trainee, you’ll do the following: Plan, organize,and execute daily fundraising activities to support our charitypartners’ goals Collaborate with management to develop newstrategies for enhancing fundraising efforts through communityevents and promotions Clearly and effectively communicate themission and values of our charity partners to engage and inspirepotential donors Maintain accurate records of donor information andinteractions to ensure effective communication and follow-up Assessthe effectiveness of previous events to identify areas forimprovement and inform future event planning Guide and trainvolunteers on best practices and procedures to ensure successfulfundraising efforts
