Pay:

$15 – $20/hour (based on experience) As a Manager Trainee, you’ll receive comprehensive training in retail operations, metal product sales, and warehouse management. You’ll gain valuable experience in sales, inventory control, customer service, and metal fabrication—while playing a key role in daily operations. What You’ll Do:

Assist customers with product selection and pricing Process in-person and phone sales transactions Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory Complete necessary paperwork including invoices and reports Fabricate metal building components using shop tools Operate forklifts, shears, packaging tools, and related equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the metals or construction industry High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, screw guns, chop saws) Proficient with office equipment and basic computer use Solid math and geometry skills Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
