What You’ll Be Doing At the heart of Covington, our hotel prides itself on creating a memorable experience for our guests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operation. You’ll supervise back of the house operating departments when the General Manager or Manager on Duty are away and assist with achieving profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate development. Your role will span across various departments including Housekeeping, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction at all times.
